Depositing

Deposit USDC into the vault and receive shares representing your proportional ownership. The process takes a single transaction (plus an approval if it is your first time).

Requirements

  • A wallet compatible with HyperEVM (MetaMask, Rabby, or similar)

  • USDC on HyperEVM

  • A small amount of HYPE for gas fees

Need USDC on HyperEVM? Bridge USDC from Arbitrum using the Hyperliquid Bridgearrow-up-right or transfer from HyperCore to HyperEVM via the Hyperliquid app.

Step by step

1. Connect your wallet

Navigate to the vault interface and connect your wallet. Make sure you are on the HyperEVM network (Chain ID: 999).

2. Approve USDC spending

If this is your first deposit, you need to approve the vault contract to spend your USDC. You can approve the exact amount or set an unlimited approval to avoid repeating this step.

3. Deposit USDC

Enter the amount of USDC you want to deposit and confirm the transaction. The vault mints shares to your wallet proportional to the current share price.

Example: If the share price is $1.15 and you deposit 1,000 USDC, you receive approximately 869.56 shares.

4. Receive shares

Vault shares (ERC20 tokens) appear in your wallet immediately after the transaction confirms. These shares represent your claim on the vault's assets.

What happens after you deposit

The trading bot detects new capital automatically and adjusts accordingly. You do not need to do anything — the strategy is fully automated.

Your shares increase in value as the strategy generates returns. You can check the current share price anytime by querying convertToAssets(1e18) on the vault contract.
